Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Standard Site Collection Admin duties

  • Architect DoD365 environment and solutions to facilitate efficient, structured content management.

  • Assist with organizing and managing content in accordance with Knowledge Management best practices. 

  • Gather requirements, design, build, test, debug, and document M365 custom solutions. 

  • Develop SharePoint out of the box solutions and provide technical support and training as required.

  • Automate business processes using DoD365 out of the box and Power Platform capabilities.
  • Facilitate user testing, including interviews, focus groups, and user acceptance testing.
  • Develop data models using SharePoint lists as reference tables (lookups), status trackers, etc.

  • Acts as liaison with software vendors and technical experts for problem diagnosis and resolution


Skills and Experience

  • Experienced in configuring and managing modern pages in SharePoint Online.

  • Experience in developing, deploying, and managing SharePoint and DoD365 solutions in DoD environment.

  • Proficient in the use of MS Teams, SharePoint Online, Power Apps, and Power Automate, and Power BI. 

  • Knowledgeable of best practices for architecting relational data models in SharePoint Online.

  • Mature communication skills both verbal and writing.

Budget Analyst

Work Location: Washington DC Area 
Contract Length: Varies by contract 
Education/Experience: Bachel
or's Degree (preferably in Budget or Finance) and

minimum 12 years experience 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process within DoD CIO

  • Demonstrate an understanding of the DoD Budget Development process

  • Analyze financial data related to operations, business performance, and investments

  • Support the creation of an annual budget certification report for the DoD CIO

  • Work closely with service and agency officials to collect budget data on specific program elements

  • Consolidate complex technical program descriptions to distill information into simple language for official reports

  • Review funding lines and correlate the submissions to strategic requirements

  • Draft strategy documents to enable the DoD CIO to provide an annual budget certification report to SECDEF

  • Draft briefings, meeting notes, and coordination materials

  • Support secretariat-level functions at Senior Executive Service (SES)/General Officer governance forum meetings

  • Coordinate, set up, and manage meeting schedules in order to facilitate Senior Executive Service (SES)/General Officer decisions

  • Track process deliverables and milestones for Senior Executive Service (SES)/General Officers in order to meet deadlines

  • Review, edit, and format senior-level written policy, guidance, or instruction documents


Skills and Experience

  • Cognizant of current DoD budgetary principles and their associated operational impact

  • Familiarity with Program Objective Memorandum (POM) submission process with DoD organizations and or Military services

  • Expert DoD Policy writer familiar with DoD policy, guidance, and instructions documents

  • Experience with researching DoD appropriations and budget documents; service budget books, program decision memorandums, and resource management decisions

  • Experience with IT or cyberspace activities programming with the military services and or Defense Agencies and Field Activities is highly desired

  • Working knowledge of planning or programming with RDT&E, Procurement, O&M, Personnel, and MILCON appropriations at an OSD level; demonstrate an understanding of TC, APPN, PE, BA, and BLI.

  • Working Knowledge of budget databases to include NGRMS/PRCP, DRDW, SNaP, SNaP-IT, and or DITIP.

  • Excellent written communication skills

  • An expert-level user of Microsoft Office Software, specifically pivot tables in Excel

  • Experience writing official public releases, strategy documents, and or DoD communications experience is highly desired

  • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multitask

DoD CIO Qlik and Power BI Data Analyst

Work Location: Arlington VA
Contract Length: Solid work - have been supporting client for over 15 years. 
Education/Experience: Master’s Degree with 15 years experience or Bachelors with 17 years experience


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Analyze and document existing data, data flows, data requirements, and reporting needs  

  • Work with data owners to curate data and understand what they want to know from their data 

  • Able to learn how to extract, transform, and load data from SharePoint Online using Trifacta  

  • Develop reports and dashboard using Qlik and Power BI to help with data analysis and decision-making 

  • Integrate Validation Rules into the data capture process to ensure data quality 


Skills and Experience

  • Experience with and knowledge of data analytics  

  • Proficient building dashboards in Qlik Sense and Power BI 

  • Proficient in Python scripting required for Databricks platform in ADVANA 

  • Experience with data storage, data management and data analytics/trend analysis 

  • 5+ years of experience in the area of data analytics 

  • Experience with DoD SATCOM and Tactical Comm data a plus  

  • Knowledge and experience creating data visualizations and dashboards
