Job Description
Summary
The objectives of this assignment are to:

Provide high-quality IT services.

Provide the IT capabilities necessary for customers to perform their operational mission.

Reduce the cost of services provided throughout the contract period of performance through efficiencies, to better service the customer base.

Team will support migration and decommissioning of on premises SharePoint 2013 environment and use of external environment.
-
Program Manager will sustain existing on Premises SharePoint 2013 farm while migrating sties and Content to O365 Cloud.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
These include the following but no limited to:

Consults with management and reviews project proposals to determine goals, time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of resources.

Provide program management support to ensure the Government’s requirements are met within schedule, per GSO operational prioritization, fulfilling customer requirements
-
Develops project plans specifying goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, identification of risks, contingency plans, and allocation of available resources.
-
Formulates and defines technical scope and objectives of project.
-
Identifies and schedules project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks.
-
Coordinates recruitment or assignment of project personnel including assignment of duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.
-
Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget.
-
Establishes standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation.
-
Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules and plans as required.
-
Prepares project status reports and keeps management, clients, and others informed of project status and related issues.

Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and resolve problems.
-
Coordinates and responds to requests for changes from original specifications.
-
Develops business processes that ensure developed application meets all project requirements.

Develops and maintains technical and project documentation.
-
Develops quality assurance test plans and directs quality assurance testing.

Coordinates project activities with marketing, sales, engineering, operations, customer support, and client staff to ensure goals and requirements are met. Prepares and presents the statement of work and proposals for identified clients in conjunction with account management.
Technical Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office Word Processing software; Design software and Development software.
Education and Certification
Master's degree or equivalent; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
